The WVMS Counselors are a resource for both students and parents. Parents are always encouraged to contact the child’s school counselor with questions regarding issues such as orientation and transition, scheduling, problem-solving, goal-setting, questions regarding academic achievement, or social, behavioral, or personal concerns. Of course we are also available for confidential support in times of student crisis or family difficulty. The role of the school counselor involves being a student advocate whether in academic, social, or disciplinary situations. Learn more about contacting our counseling staff.
