Penn Wynne Elementary School recently hosted the “Taste of Penn Wynne” as students, staff, family and friends gathered to celebrate the rich cultural diversity that makes up the Penguins’ community. This fun-filled and educational event is one of the many ways Penn Wynne works to build belonging throughout the school year! #LMSDBuildingBelonging

Guests had the opportunity to sample the assorted offerings from countries all over the world while also perusing the many colorful and educational displays created by students and parents to share their heritage and culture with all those in attendance.

Students received "passports" at the beginning of the evening, which they would get stamped as they traveled amongst the displays throughout the cafetorium. France, Israel, India, Korea, China, Peru, Thailand, Nigeria and Jamaica were among many countries and locales represented from throughout the world.
