Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month!
More than 160 fourth and fifth grade students from throughout the District recently gathered at Black Rock Middle School for the annual FIRST LEGO League Tournament!
Penn Valley celebrated Read Across America Week with a heartwarming activity that brought students together through the joy of reading, as third graders partnered with kindergarten students to share their love of books, foster connections and build literacy skills!
The Interschool Council (ISC) recently hosted the 2025 ISC Art Show featuring student artwork selected by teachers from all 11 schools throughout the District!
On Tuesday, September 3, LMSD kicked off the 2024-25 academic year, welcoming back more than 8,600 students across its 11 schools!
