Oftentimes, science is so cool it can seem like magic, but sometimes the real magic is watching students fall in love with science right before your eyes!

That seems to be exactly what happened recently at Merion Elementary School as students had the opportunity to enjoy a program entitled Burble, Fizz, Kaboom! performed by Mr. Rand Whipple of Box of Light Studios.

In this playful science-centric performance, Whipple mixed chemical reactions, solutions, molecules and phase changes with a great sense of humor as he entertained, engaged and educated students in grades K-4 all throughout the day. This program served as a fun and informative introduction to science that actively involved Merion students in the basics of chemistry while making a good clean mess!
