We suggest you print out the chart and keep it somewhere where it is easy to reference every morning.
If a parent or guardian is unsure whether their student has symptoms that might indicate COVID-19, LMSD Health Services asks they err on the side of caution, keep the child home and contact their healthcare provider or the LMSD COVID Healthline at 610-645-1973.
If everyone in the LMSD community uses the screening tool, wears masks and follows the other mitigation efforts, our students will have the best chance to safely stay in school for the year.
