Lower Merion High School's Owen McCabe has been named the Main Line Boys Athlete of the Week by PA Prep Live after helping the Aces' basketball team to an impressive 9-1 start to the season. The junior guard has delivered on both ends of the court providing consistent scoring on offense and playing tough defense on perimeter players of opposing teams. McCabe came up huge in a recent comeback win in a pivotal Central Athletic League (CAL) contest against Garnet Valley where he came off the bench to score 18 points going 4-of-6 from three-point land and 6-of-6 from the free throw line. A versatile athlete, Owen McCabe also plays baseball in the spring for Lower Merion.
