Ace On the Ice: LM's Toby Myers Named Main Line Boys Athlete of the Week

Lower Merion High School's Toby Myers has been named the Main Line Boys Athlete of the Week! The all-star senior defenseman and team captain—a formidable presence at 6-foot-1, 220 pounds—has been a driving force for the Aces’ hockey team this winter, making an impact on both ends of the ice. Known for his strength on defense and offensive playmaking ability, Myers proved his versatility on New Year’s Day, scoring the game-winning goal to lift the Central League ICSHL all-stars to a 4-3 victory over the Ches-Mont all-stars.

"As far as talent, skill, strength, and ability, there are very few hockey players in the area that can match Toby," said LM ice hockey head coach Dan Harkins.
