All students interested in trying out for the baseball team: Please be prepared with completed PIAA physical and baseball equipment (glove, helmet, bat, spikes) for practice beginning after school on Monday, March 7th. Be prepared to practice outdoors. Players should meet after school at the baseball field on March 7th unless you are directed otherwise.
Baseball plays and/or practices M-F, on the weekend as well as over spring break.

CREW is looking for recruits (especially Freshmen) interested in competitive rowing. We practice Tuesday thru Saturday on the Schuylkill River in Conshohocken and race on Sundays in Philadelphia. No previous rowing experience is required to tryout for the team.

There will be an informational meeting for students and parents that are interested in joining Harriton Crew on Wed., Jan. 26, 2022 at 6pm in the LGI. This is for students that are new to rowing AND students that were on the team in previous years.
Information will be given to parents & players at a (in-person or zoom-TBD) meeting in February. We will discuss expectations, rules, mandatory paper work and deadlines that need to be followed. Spring season begins on March 7th. Players must have a completed PIAA physical form signed after June 1, 2021 by a physician OR PIAA section 8 if a sport was played in the fall or winter season on file. The PIAA form(s) must be submitted to the Athletic Office prior to the start of preseason on March 7th.
Open workouts are held weekly at Harriton beginning January 4th.
Monday - 7:00-9:00pm = Film & Skills & Speed training
Tuesday - 2:50-4:00pm = Lifting
Wednesday - 6:50-7:15am = Wall ball
Thursday - 2:50-4:00pm = Lifting
Friday - 6:50-7:15am = Wall ball
Saturday & Sunday = Run on your own

All 9-12th graders interested in playing girls lacrosse should email Coach Brooke Fritz at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the preseason player meeting in the LGI on Monday Feb. 28th from 10:37 – 11:40am if you haven’t already expressed interest in playing.
Optional preseason training with weather permitting Sundays 10-11:30am on Harriton’s turf field for anyone who wants to get a stick in their hand earlier than the March 7th tryouts.
All PIAA health forms must be turned into the athletic office prior to the first day of practice on March 7th
- Open gyms are held every Sunday from 10:00 – 12:00 PM in Harriton’s Ram gym until Sunday, March 6th
- March 7th – first day of tryouts
- Practices everyday (weather permitting) from 3:10-5:15
- Teams will be determined by Monday March 14th

Spring Track and Field will begin on Monday, March 8th at 3:15. We are always looking for runners, jumpers and throwers of all experience levels. The only requirements are a willingness to work hard, a positive attitude and a desire to build something excellent together. We will meet in the bleachers. Please arrive early and have the proper PIAA paperwork completed and turned in prior.
