Writing Center

The goal of the Harriton High School Writing Center is to help students develop their writing skills, to "provide both an audience for their peers' ideas as well as an opportunity for others to seek genuine improvement in idea/thesis development, form, style and revision."

Hours of Operation:

• Synchronous: Drop-in hours are from 12-12:30 pm on A, B, and C-days AM/PM on The Writing Center's Blackboard
• Asynchronous: Fill out a form on The Writing Center's Blackboard to be paired with a tutor

What We Do: We provide you with guidance for any writing assignment: paragraphs, essays, creative pieces, lab reports, or even college essays. The writing assignments can be from any subject area.

When to Come to the Writing Center: Visit us at any stage of the writing process: brainstorming, early draft, later draft, final revisions.
