Harriton Theater Company Shines in "The Importance of Being Earnest"

The Harriton Theater Company (HTC) recently presented their fall production, The Importance of Being Earnest, in a series of four sensational shows in the Rams' auditorium!

The Importance of Being Earnest, Oscar Wilde’s most well-known comedy, tells the story of Jack Worthing and Algernon Moncrieff, who both assume the fictitious identity of a man named Earnest. While operating under this false pretense, both men fall in love - Jack with the sophisticated, yet somewhat pretentious, Gwendolyn Fairfax, and Algernon with the spunky Cecily Cardew. As one would imagine, two men using the same fake identity while falling in love with different women is a perfect catalyst for catastrophe!
