Harriton High School recently welcomed students, staff, family and friends to the 2023 Art Show - an annual endeavor celebrating arts education and the skilled students who comprise the Rams' first-rate program.
Soon-to-be-graduates exhibited their Senior Panels, which featured a collection of their work during their four years at Harriton, while underclassmen presented some of their favorite pieces created throughout the current school year. The artistry and creativity of the Rams were on full display throughout the multitude of drawings, paintings, metal works, jewelry, pottery, digital art and photography produced by students of all grades and levels under the guidance of the talented teachers of Harriton’s Art Department.
This year’s show also featured a special ceremony where the inaugural class of students was officially inducted into Harriton’s Chapter of the National Art Honor Society (NAHS). For more than four decades, NAHS programs have provided national recognition and opportunities for students who exhibit outstanding scholarship in the visual arts, and for their teachers as well. The NAHS provides participating students, faculties, schools, and communities with a bevy of benefits including peer recognition, leadership growth opportunities, college and career preparation and much more!
Congratulations to the Harriton Art Department and students on another impeccable show! To view a series of images from the event, click through the slideshow below!
