Parent/Teacher Conferences

Dear Merion Families,

Spring conferences for Grades 1 through 4 will take place this year in person or virtually via zoom on the following dates.

  • Tuesday, March 5, 2024 - 5:00 – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday, March 6, 2024 - 1:00 – 3:45 PM
  • Thursday, March 7, 2024 - 1:00 – 3:45 PM
  • Friday, March 8, 2024 - 1:00 – 3:45 PM

Kindergarten conferences are scheduled for Tuesday, March 5 (5-7 PM)

Wednesday. March 6 (8:30 AM-3:50 PM), Thursday, March 7 (8:30 AM – 3:50 PM), Friday, March 8 (8:30 AM-3:50 PM)

Please review the steps listed below to assist you with scheduling spring conferences. Please click the link below to go directly to the website: www.ptcfast.com/reg1

  • The site will be accessible Monday, February 12 at 9:00 AM.
  • Once you go to the website, you will be asked for a classroom Entry Code.  After you have typed in the code, click submit.  Each teacher has a different code. Teacher codes are on a separate sheet.
  • Parents should come together for the conference, it is one slot per family with each teacher.  If this is not feasible for you, please contact your child's teacher by email to set something up.
  • You will then be asked to fill in the boxes as indicated (student first name, student last name, parent name and email address).  After you have typed in the information, click submit.
  • You will then receive an e-mail with the subject header "Select Date/Time for Teacher Conference Now".
  • Once you open the e-mail, you should click "Click here to select conference time".
  • You will then see a schedule of times and dates.
  • Slots that have already been selected will be "unavailable".  Please select a slot that is indicated by "Available".
  •    If you have another child at Merion, you can click "Add a different student". You will again be asked for an Entry Code.  After you have typed in the code, click submit.  This will enable you to see schedules side-by-side for multiple teachers.
  • Confirm your selection(s) by clicking Confirm Selections.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your appointment time(s).
  • A reminder will be sent via e-mail the day before your conference.
  • Deadline for registering is Monday, March 4 by 9:00 am.
  • The site is only open during the conference scheduling window (02-12-24 through 03-4-24 by 9 AM).
