Elevator Key Cards

Students who need to use the elevator due to injury or other medical need must:

1. Submit a doctor’s note to the nurse’s office explaining the injury or need
2. Student should then report to the Main Office, complete the Elevator Key Card Assignment form and provides a $25.00 deposit for use of the elevator
3. A deposit is needed prior to the elevator key being issued - Ms. Mossor (HH) and Ms. Flocco (LM) will issue the card.
4. The deposit will be returned upon return of the elevator key.
