Performance Evaluation 2025-2026

The Lower Merion Board of School Directors completed its evaluation of the Superintendent for the 2025-2026 school year on March 23, 2026. The Superintendent has met or exceeded all Objective Performance Standards. The Objective Performance Standards are Policy and Governance, Instructional Leadership, Organizational Management, Communication and Community Relations, and Professionalism. Board leadership met with the Superintendent to discuss the evaluation.
