Principal's Welcome

Welcome to Black Rock Middle School!

I am honored and excited to join the Black Rock Middle School community as your principal. As I begin this new journey, I do so with tremendous enthusiasm and a deep commitment to serving our students, families and staff.

Middle school is an extraordinary time in a young person's life. It is a season of discovery, growth and possibility. Students are developing their identities, exploring new interests, building independence and preparing for the opportunities that lie ahead. At Black Rock, we have the privilege and responsibility of helping students navigate these important years with confidence, purpose and support.

My belief is simple: every student deserves to be known, valued, challenged and inspired. When students feel a sense of belonging and connection, they are empowered to take risks, pursue excellence and reach their fullest potential. Together, we will continue to build a school culture where strong relationships, high expectations and meaningful learning experiences are at the center of everything we do.

Black Rock Middle School already has a proud tradition of excellence, and I look forward to learning from and partnering with this incredible community. I am committed to listening, building trust, and working alongside students, families, faculty, and staff to ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

As we move forward together, I am excited about what we will accomplish as a school community. By fostering curiosity, resilience, leadership, and a commitment to lifelong learning, we will prepare our students not only for high school but also for success in whatever paths they choose to pursue.
