Lower Merion School District is proud to join schools across the nation in celebrating American Education Week (Nov. 17–21*), a time to recognize the dedication of our teachers, staff, students and families who make education in our community exceptional.
This annual observance highlights the vital role public education plays in shaping the future and underscores our shared commitment to learning, growth and opportunity for every child. Throughout the week, LMSD schools will open their doors to families, showcasing the inspiring teaching and learning that happen every day in our classrooms.
*Note: Due to the timing of parent/guardian–teacher conferences, elementary schools are holding their American Education Week activities the week of November 10, 2025.
