LMSD Transportation shines at State School Bus Safety Competition

Four drivers from the Lower Merion School District Transportation Department recently made their way to State College to participate in the 43rd Annual Pennsylvania State School Bus Safety Competition held at Mount Nittany elementary and middle schools.

A total of 95 drivers from throughout the state competed in this year's event, which challenges the knowledge and skills of qualifying participants in a series of events focusing on student safety, driver professionalism and service excellence. The drivers began the day by testing their knowledge of state laws and safety regulations in a written exam before hitting the road to navigate their buses through several events full of twists, turns and obstacles

Congratulations to each of the participating LMSD drivers on their outstanding performances!
