LMHS Soccer & LMSC Special Needs Program hold clinic & friendly match

Both Lower Merion High School varsity soccer squads recently hosted a fun-filled clinic in partnership with the Lower Merion Soccer Club's (LMSC) Special Needs Program as the morning's participants practiced skills like dribbling, passing and shooting. The day ended with a friendly game between the two programs where the LMSC contingent proved victorious against the Aces in the high-spirited match.

The LMSC Special Needs Soccer Program, which was founded in 1992 and is offered to boys and girls who have physical, mental or emotional limitations, is always looking for more volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering on Sunday mornings, please contact program director Steve Garzia at Peterr440@outlook.com.
