LMHS Novice 4+ takes silver at Head of the Schuylkill Regatta

Members of the Lower Merion High School crew team were among the more than 7,000 athletes to hit the water at the recent Head of the Schuylkill Regatta – a four-decade old international race showcasing high-caliber rowers from around the world. The Aces' novice 4+ boat – rowed by Théa Kerekes, Jena Dessain, Rose Leinhauser, Jane Spencer and coxswain, Faye Berry – turned in an outstanding all-around performance en route to a second-place finish overall out of 26 competing boats. They clocked in with a time of 17:20.594 in the 2.5-mile race.
