Congratulations to Harriton High School's Class of 2018!

On Tuesday, June 5, Harriton High School celebrated the 2018 Commencement Exercises in front of a packed house at St. Joseph's University's Michael J. Hagan Arena as 283 Rams walked across the stage to receive their diplomas!

Principal Scott Weinstein addressed the graduates, followed by School Board President Dr. Melissa Gilbert, along with School Board members Debra Finger and Dr. Robin Vann Lynch. Salutatorian Lihui Wang and Valedictorian Analyn Sil also provided remarks to their fellow classmates before Superintendent Robert Copeland made the evening's final speech, which was followed by the presentation of diplomas and the tassel ceremony.

Lower Merion Summer Cafe

A free summer meal program where all kids 18 years of age and younger can receive a meal and join other children for sports, games, and other activities!

Representatives of the Lower Merion School District will hold a public information session at 7:00 p.m. on June 26, in the cafeteria at Penn Wynne Elementary School, to discuss their application to extend the approval of the temporary classrooms at PWES.


The Lower Merion Board of School Directors is pleased to announce that the Lower Merion Education Association has agreed to accept the recommendations of the non-binding arbitrator for a new three-year contract, which the Board approved at its meeting Monday night.
