Bala Cynwyd Middle School Community Crafts Event Looking for Artists

Are you a local artist? Emerging artist? Student artist? Don't miss the chance to be part of the first-ever Bala Cynwyd Community Crafts event and sell your handmade goods and artwork to a broad audience. We are seeking artists who work in fiber arts, ceramics, jewelry, artisanal food, and bath & body products.

When: Saturday, March 28, 2020

Time: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Where: Bala Cynwyd Middle School Large Gym (located at 510 Bryn Mawr Ave. in Bala Cynwyd)

Table space is affordable ($75 for adult artists, $40 for LMSD student-artists) and funds raised through the event directly benefit the students and teachers of BCMS through the Home & School Association.

Please return the Artist Interest Form to be considered for table space. Tables will be made available on a rolling basis so please get your entries in early. WiFi access will be provided to vendors. Payment processing and taxes are the sole responsibility of individual sellers. Registration payment is due upon acceptance of an application.

In an effort to provide a rich sampling of art and represent a diverse mix of mediums, the number of craftspeople in each category is limited. Spots will be filled on a rolling basis with attention paid to ensuring a broad and balanced mix of offerings. Priority will be given to BCMS parents, teachers, alumni and students.

The Artist Interest Form is available here.
