Penn Wynne fifth graders take center stage in "A Kid's Life"

More than 100 fifth grade students filled the stage at Penn Wynne Elementary School during their recent pair of performances of A Kid's Life in a morning show for students and staff followed by an encore evening presentation for family and friends.

In this fun-filled musical, there has been a massive electromagnetic attack from outer space that has jammed all technical systems causing a loss of electricity, which means no cell phones, laptops, television or video games. The kids are in a panic and don't know what to do, until "Grandma" and "Grandpa" arrive on the scene and introduce them to a day filled with daring adventure, music and imagination!
