Education Foundation of Lower Merion (EFLM) hosts 9th Annual "Run for Our Schools"

Hundreds of community members recently gathered at Harriton High School to participate in the 9th Annual "Run for Our Schools" benefiting the Education Foundation of Lower Merion (EFLM).

The "Run for Our Schools" fundraiser has grown each year since the event's inception and features a 5K Run, a 1.5 Mile Walk and a "Tot Trot" for the youngest participants. Prizes were awarded to the top three overall male and female winners, and to each specific age group winner (male and female) for 9 years and under, 10-11 years, 12-14 years, 15-19 years, 20-29 years, 30-39 years, 40-49 years, 50-59 years, and 60 years and over.

The mission of the EFLM is to provide a vehicle for the entire community's voluntary support of programs and activities enhancing the educational experience of all students, consistent with the mission of Lower Merion School District.
