Dear LMSD Community,

As I mentioned in my “Save-the-Date” letter last month, LMSD is partnering with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) to guide us in developing our 2026-2031 District Strategic Plan.

As an initial step in gathering information about our District’s mission, vision and values, the CCIU has developed this survey which I hope you will complete. Please urge your friends and neighbors to participate as well. The survey is open to all residents of Lower Merion Township and Narberth Borough, including LMSD parents/guardians and students, as well as LMSD staff. The survey will close October 16, 2025.

Members of the CCIU team will analyze the survey responses, which will help them direct the conversations that will take place at our first in-person community input session, on October 29, 2025, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Lower Merion High School cafeteria.

Future in-person sessions will be held at the same time and place on:

• Wednesday, November 19, 2025
• Wednesday, January 28, 2026 (snow date Feb. 4)
• Tuesday, March 3, 3026
