Quartet of Rams Named to PMEA District Band & Orchestra

The Pennsylvania Music Education Association (PMEA) recently announced that four Harriton High School students have been selected for the District 11 Orchestra!

Throughout January, these musicians will collaborate with guest conductors as they perform with the district-level band and orchestra ensembles. They will also compete for a spot at the regional level, representing schools in Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties.

The mission of the PMEA is to advance the study of music education throughout the commonwealth while encouraging excellence in the study and teaching of music. The association supports and promotes quality music education through the sponsorship of workshops, conferences, performances and festivals throughout the commonwealth.
