The Harriton Theater Company (HTC) recently took center stage in their production of Pippin, presented in a series of four performances from in the Harriton High School auditorium!
The Tony Award-winning musical followed Pippin, the son of Charlemagne, as he embarked on a journey to find meaning in his life. Guided by a mysterious troupe of performers led by the charismatic Leading Player, Pippin explored various paths — from war and power to pleasure and simple domestic life — all in search of fulfillment.
Throughout his journey, Pippin wrestled with feelings of inadequacy and the pressure to achieve something extraordinary. Despite experimenting with grand ambitions and indulgent pleasures, he ultimately discovered that true happiness lies in embracing the quiet, everyday moments of life.
