If you speak a language in addition to English and want to help welcome new families to our LMSD community, please consider becoming a volunteer translator and mentor.
These are the most-needed languages; but all are welcome!

As a volunteer, you can help families with tasks such as learning about Powerschool and other platforms, filling out forms for programs including free and reduced meals, and generally help them get to know our school and larger community to help build a sense of belonging.
The first event for which we are looking for volunteers is our ELD Family Night and Resource Fair in mid-October.
