The Lower Merion Board of School Directors is seeking staff and community input for the selection of a new Superintendent.

The Superintendent Search is being facilitated by the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit (MCIU). 

As part of this process, you are invited to participate in a 30-minute virtual focus group meeting with the MCIU Leadership Team to discuss strengths and opportunities in the Lower Merion School District, as well as to assist in identifying key leadership qualities that the community seeks in a new Superintendent.

Results of the Focus Group meetings will help the Board of School Directors develop a leadership profile that will guide the selection of the next superintendent.
