This site has links to sites with information on the Maya,
Inca, Inuit, Aztec, Anasazi, and Pueblo Indians, as well
as to additional information on North American Indians (Delaware,
Lenape, and Woodlands Tribes).
This downloadable AW 6 Word Processing template has clickable
links to the Native American Website above. Students can
click the link to open the websites and then find the answers
to the research questions. When students type their answers
into the space provided, the answers will be in size 14
text with 1.5 line spacing. The original questions are in
red text and the answers students type will be in black.
These 3 versions of downloadable AW 6 Draw timeline templates
are intended to be used as a quick introductory activity
which will provide students with an overview of when various
native American groups lived as well as provide an initial
experience with some aspects of using a draw template for
a timeline. Students will later create a timeline for a
Native American group they research using a similar structure.
This downloadable AW 6 template asks students to do an
initial exploration of the Native American Website of links
to find interesting information which they will put into
word processing pages to create a slideshow presentation.
