This website was designed to assist students in gathering information about endangered animals. It was used as a supplement to text based research in the library.
This is an AW slideshow template for organizing and presenting information gathered during research about an animal. (habitat, food, etc.) It has the same appearance as the Inspiration templates above, but it may be easier for some students to complete.
Using guide questions and graphic organizers, students used texts and web-based sources to gather information about endangered animals. They then entered this information and true/false statements based upon their information into an Appleworks data base. They later used the several predesigned database forms to answer one anothers true/false questions and to print a version of the quiz for their parents to complete at home.
