LMSD Diigo: Social Bookmarking

Are you on Diigo? Teachers of the Lower Merion School District have begun a group on Diigo to share web resources. Diigo is a community. Within the large community of Diigo, we started our own small community.

Here's how it works...First, someone creates a bookmark of a great website. That bookmark is tagged with keywords so that it's easily reteivable for someone else to search. For example, Let's say I tagged a website, "http://www.netvibes.com". I would add tags on it titled- social studies, current events, news, financials, online newspaper, etc.

When you create your account, make sure you request to have daily updates sent to your email address. So, everytime somone creates a bookmark, or a group of bookmarks, you will recieve an email with those resources!
