The Merion Home and School Association supports Merion families and children through educational, social, and fundraising programs throughout the school year. We act as a liaison between parents, the school, and the Lower Merion School District. And we provide opportunities to learn about and discuss issues relevant to our families and children.
The dues and other funds we raise fund such things as assemblies, special educational programming, field trips, social events, community service activities, special school needs, and other events that enrich our school community at Merion.
By virtue of the fact you are a Merion family, you are part of the Merion HSA. It's our hope that you'll find a few minutes or a few hours to get involved. We depend on volunteers for everything we do!
HSA Dues: $15 annually per family covers the cost of one school directory.
Extra directory: $5 each.
Directory advertisements: Camera-ready business cards can be submitted and are subject to HSA and school approval. Fees for inclusion are $25 per card for Merion families, $50 per card for outside businesses with no school affiliation. Neither the school nor the HSA endorses any of the advertised businesses, and we reserve the right to decline any advertisement or portion thereof. Deadline for ads is early September each year.
