Lower Merion High School recently celebrated their world class arts education programming during the annual Arts & Music Festival featuring an exhibition of student-created art work and the Spring Concert as hundreds of classmates, parents and community members came out to support the event.
Twelfth grade art students exhibited their "Senior Panels," which featured a collection of their work during their four years at Lower Merion, while underclassmen presented some of their favorite pieces created throughout the current school year. The artistic acumen and creativity of the Aces was on full display throughout the collections of drawings, paintings, metal works, jewelry, pottery, and photography created by students of all grades and levels under the guidance and support of the dedicated teachers from the Lower Merion Art Department. Students were celebrated and recognized in a number of ways, including words of praise from Principal Sean Hughes, and kudos from the all those in attendance. The evening was also highlighted by the Spring Concert featuring a collection of the Aces' talented choral and musical ensembles.
