| Parents/Guardians of students with known
bee or stinging insect allergies and life threatening food allergies
must alert the School Nurse, provide the necessary medication and
a medication authorization form with instructions for emergency treatment.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for providing emergency medication
and the completed medication authorization form by the first student
day of school. Parents/Guardians of students with severe allergies
are urged to meet with the School Nurse annually.
