As you may be aware, the Montgomery County IU Course Catalog is now available in MyLearningPlan. This will allow for a more stream-lined registration process.
Here's how it works:
- When you log into MyLearningPlan, you may see the MCIU CATALOG link listed directly below the DISTRICT CATALOG link
- Click the link and follow the on-screen prompts to register for an activity..
- Once you finish registering for the activity, you will be directed to a designated request form in MyLearningPlan.
- Complete the unanswered questions on the form. The form moves through the specified PRIOR approval process.
- Once prior approval is completed, the registration appears at MCIU for official enrollment.
- The registrant attends the activity and course registrars mark attendance.
- The registrant logs into MyLearningPlan to MARK COMPLETE the form (as with all forms).
- Final approvers review the form. Attendance information is listed in the administrators section of the form.
