"American Education Week" at Belmont Hills
"American Education Week" at Belmont Hills

Dear Belmont Hills Families,

During the week of November 13-17, Belmont Hills Elementary School will join schools across the nation in celebrating American Education Week, which presents all Americans with a wonderful opportunity to celebrate public education and honor individuals who are making a difference in ensuring that every child receives a quality education. This year's theme is "Great Public Schools: A Basic Right and Our Responsibility."

Although visitors are welcome on any school day throughout the year, during American Education Week we extend a special invitation. We have designated Tuesday, November 14 and Wednesday, November 15 as our special visitation days. All special area class visitations will take place 1:15-3:15 p.m. on Tuesday or 9:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday.

We're excited to give you some insight into your child's classroom experience, however, for the privacy and comfort of all our students, please do not record any part of your visit. We ask that there is no cell phone, camera, or video use while in the classrooms.

We look forward to your visit and participation in the celebration of American Education Week!

Sincerely,

Pamula Hart, Ph.D.

Principal
