UPDATED IMMUNIZATION REGULATIONS FOR 2017-18 SCHOOL YEAR

The new PA immunization law mandates exclusion from school in September of K-12 students who do not have the required immunizations or documentation. Immunizations for students will be offered at Lower Merion High School on September 6, 2017 from 4:30-8:30 p.m.

The Pennsylvania Department of Health is changing school immunization regulation beginning in August 2017. The regulations are intended to ensure that children attending school in the commonwealth are adequately protected against potential outbreaks of vaccine preventable diseases.

Each child in grades K-12 must be immunized by the first day of school and/or have a valid medical certificate, or your school-aged child will notbe allowed in school.
